Investor Portal - clearing your browser cookies

Desktop Computer - Chrome

Step 1:

Close all browser instances currently open

Step 2:

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More Settings. 
  • Click Privacy and securityCookies and other site data.
  • Click See all cookies and site data.
  • At the top right, search for the website's name. (in our case asx.com.au)
  • To the right of the site, click Remove.

OR

open in 'Incognito mode' (aka “Private Browsing”).

Desktop Computer - Microsoft Edge

Step 1:

Close all browser instances currently open

Step 2:

  • Open Microsoft Edge  and select Settings and more > SettingsCookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data.
  • Select See all cookies and site data.
  • Search for the site's cookies you want to remove. (in our case asx.com.au)

Desktop Computer - Safari

Step 1:

Close all browser instances currently open

Step 2:

  • Open Safari and select Settings > Privacy > Manage website data.
  • Select the asx.com.au website.
  • Select Remove

Mobile Devices - iPhone

To clear your history and cookies:

  • go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
  • Clearing your history, cookies and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.

To clear your cookies and keep your history

go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data

Other devices

For other devices (like phones, tablets) it may be more difficult to clear the cookies or cached data, so consider consulting device specific instructions where possible.

(eg do a Google search on eg. “how do I clear cookies on Iphone/Ipad xxx”, where xxx is your model)
